Founded in 2013, Skyway Aviation Mozambique started its operations at Mocimboa da Praia Aerodrome, focusing on enhancing the tourism sector between Tanzanian Parks and Mozambican Islands. In 2020, we joined forces with Air-Tec, a leading aviation group, which led to our rebranding from Coastal Aviation Mozambique to Skyway Aviation Mozambique. Our strategic move to Pemba Airport has allowed us to better serve corporate clients, particularly in the Humanitarian sector and in the Oil and Gas industry.

Skyway Aviation Mozambique is a Mozambican aviation company operating with two AOC (Air Operator Certificates) issued by IACM - Instituto de Aviação Civil de Moçambique.
Our certifications reflect our commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards:
AOC 121
Air Transport Operations – Large Aircraft (MOZ-33) / Parte 121 - Operações de Transporte Aéreo - Aeronaves Pesadas (MOZ-33) authorizing the conduct of commercial air transport operations with large, multi-engine turbine aircraft. The certification encompasses scheduled and non-scheduled passenger and cargo services in compliance with ICAO Annexes and national operational, maintenance, and safety standards.
AOC 127
Air Transport Operations – Helicopters (MOZ-34) / Parte 127 - Operações de Transporte Aéreo – Helicópteros (MOZ-34) authorizing the conduct of commercial air transport operations using helicopters, including scheduled and non-scheduled passenger and cargo services. Operations are conducted in compliance with ICAO standards and national regulatory requirements for rotary-wing aircraft, supporting logistics, personnel transport, and remote site access.
